What happens should we want to go ahead and book you?
We will reply and organise a date / time to meet up to get to know each other and to talk it all through. We have a booking form and a set of T’s and C’s that we will take you through, and then should you decide that we’re the photographers for you we would require a non-refundable £450 deposit to secure the date. The remaining amount would then be invoiced to you 8 weeks before your big day and payable no later than 6 weeks before.
How much do you charge for additional hours?
Our recommended service package includes 1 photographer for 8 hours coverage. Additional hours are charged at £150.
How far will you travel?
We are happy to go wherever you want to take us. Although additional travel costs, at an agreed rate will be added for weddings over a certain mile radius outside of both Hampshire or London where we are individually based.
Do we need to organise accommodation?
Depending on the location of your wedding and how long you would need us to be there until we may require an overnights stay in accommodation the night before and / or the night after your wedding.
Do you do destination weddings?
Of course! Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
Who will have copyright to the images?
We will own the copyright to the images, however all this means is that you can’t use our images for commercial means, you will however be given a USB containing high resolution versions of all the images taken from the day which will be yours to print, email to friends and upload to your Facebook page.
What about all the group family photo’s that we need? Will you take those?
Yes, of course! Although we prefer to capture the more natural moments, we will be more than happy to take the group shots, if required. But, do bear in mind that each shot can take at the very least 5 minutes to organise and shoot and so it’s often good to keep the number of formal shots low.
Why should I bother with a Pre-Wedding / Engagement shoot?
The E-shoot concept is something that has gradually filtered through to the UK from America, it is basically a way to celebrate being engaged and to have some fun and relaxed shots of you as a couple away from the craziness that is planning a wedding. We think its good because a) you’ll have the chance to create some stylish images of you as a couple to put in your house or feature in your wedding b) you can get used to being in front of the camera and c) it’s a great opportunity to get to know us a bit more!
What happens after the wedding?
We go home, upload the pictures and get editing. You will then be emailed a link to our online gallery with secure access, where you, your friends and family can view all of your images within 4 – 6 weeks of your wedding date. We will then save everything out onto a USB, package it all up nicely and pop it in the post along with your Polaroid and Retro Camera pics. (If you added our Retro Camera Collection on as part of your package).
